I was 6 years old, feeling outcast and unwanted,
in the backseat of my mom’s car. I stared out the window, dreaming, jamming to "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz and KNOWING, deeply, that I had a purpose. It was out there. I just had to discover it.
For the next decade, I grew up in the dark. I wandered anxious, directionless and depressed through an environment steeped in abuse. I was surrounded by poverty, drugs and violence. To escape the feelings of abandonment, i dove inward. i began meditating.
It wasn’t long after that my mom overdosed.
After she passed, I found myself on a trip to Yosemite, in awe of the natural world. I felt pulled to its profound ability to heal.

Fast forward to college...
I studied outdoor recreation leadership and then flew away on a 14 month stint around the world, living out of my backpack. I worked on farms in Hawaii, cycle toured in Japan, and backpacked the Himalayas. I became a backpacking guide in New Zealand before coming back to the US to work as an instructor for Outward Bound. There, I led multi-day rafting and backpacking expeditions that facilitated each participants’ self-discovery. I was again pulled toward the transformative power of nature. Coaching others outdoors, as they embraced the challenges of being human, reminded me of how I felt standing in Yosemite after my mom died.
minimalism travel, yoga and outdoor adventure was incredibly healing and transformative work for me. I unlearned what I’m not, discovered who I am and surrendered to the unknown. I found my truth. I reclaimed my purpose.
So here I am now.
I want to help you and your inner 6 year old find belonging, and discover your purpose in the world, too.

Why I'm the Coach for You

I am a lifelong student of the Bhagavad Gita and my own clients. Being a coach requires me to do my own transformational work, and honor humility in the space I hold for you.
That means I promise to show up 100%.
Helping you establish healthy boundaries and more effective communication habits is the groundwork of what we do together. I am here to facilitate connection, courageousness and transparency between us both.
This is a collaborative space
where no egos are allowed - especially mine.
I want to empower you to dive deeper, dream bigger, and reach higher, so when you confide your trust in me, you get someone just as dedicated to “putting in the work.”
Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation and that is an act of political warfare.
- Audre Lorde, American Writer & Civil Rights Activist

Inner Diamond Coaching is a space for conscious living that transcends me as a coach.
It is a place for individuals to explore conscious connection with their “self” and their surrounding communities.
In Vedic teachings, our soul resembles a diamond. It is, at our purest, who we are. We are vibrant beings of intrinsic bliss, joy, love, compassion and motivation, but we become clouded by trauma, conditioning and limiting beliefs.
Through Inner Diamond, each person is given space and support to bring the unconscious to the surface, polish the inner diamond and reconnect to the soul.
