I was 6 years old, feeling outcast and unwanted,
in the backseat of my mom’s car. I stared out the window, lost in my dreams, jamming to "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz and knowing with absolute certainty, that I had a purpose waiting for me, somewhere downstream.
Over the next decade, I navigated through a turbulent river of anxiety, fear, aimlessness and despair overshadowed by poverty, drugs and violence. I lived in an environment steeped in abuse. Seeking refuge from the rapids of abandonment, I would hide behind the masks of being a good girl, getting good grades and borrowing my friends clothes to pretend like I had money. I would enter into toxic relationships because that persons parents would buy me school supplies, clothes, and food.
Tragically, when I was 16, my journey took an even darker turn when my mom overdosed.
After she passed, I found myself on a trip to Yosemite. Standing admits towering cliffs and rushing waterfalls, I felt in awe of the natural world. I felt pulled to its profound healing currents.
It was the first time that I felt like I belonged.
Fast forward to college...
I studied outdoor recreation leadership. After college, I had money saved from the 3 jobs I worked and I questioned what I was doing. I abruptly got rid of everything that didn't fit into my car, moved out of my house, and started driving around California. A month later, I donated everything in my car that didn't fit into my backpack, sold my car, and started traveling around the world without any intention of coming back. I worked on farms in Hawaii, sat on beaches in Fiji, cycle toured in Japan, and backpacked the Nepalis Himalayas. I became a backpacking guide in New Zealand before coming back to the US to work as an instructor for Outward Bound. There, I led multi-day rafting and backpacking expeditions that facilitated each participants’ self-discovery. I was again pulled toward the transformative power of nature. Coaching others outdoors, as they embraced the challenges of being human, reminded me of how I felt standing in Yosemite after my mom left her body.
minimalism travel, yoga and outdoor adventure was incredibly healing and transformative work for me. I unlearned what I’m not, discovered who I am and surrendered to the unknown. I found my truth. I reclaimed my purpose.
So here I am now.
I want to help you and your inner 6 year old find belonging, and discover your purpose in the world, too.
Why I'm the Coach for You
I am uniquely equipped to guide you beyond your self-limiting beliefs. I've traveled around the globe and I'm not a millionaire. Growing up with a mother raising four children on $12,000 a year while battling addiction taught me resilience, the power of overcoming adversity, and has shaped my empathy.
My coaching isn't just about breaking free from the confines you've placed on yourself—it's about unlocking a life you may not yet realize is within reach.
As your coach, I commit to continuous personal growth, ensuring I bring humility and authenticity to our sessions. I promise to show up fully present, ready to support you in establishing healthy boundaries and fostering effective communication.
My aim is for you to feel deeply rooted in self-assurance and confidence in your relationships.
Our work unfolds in a collaborative space where trust and openness thrive. When you share your journey with me, you gain a partner equally committed to doing the necessary work to achieve your aspirations.
Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation and that is an act of political warfare.

Inner Diamond Coaching is a space for conscious living that transcends me as a coach.
It is a place for individuals to explore conscious connection with their self and their surrounding communities.
In Vedic teachings, our soul resembles a diamond. It is, at our purest, who we are. We are vibrant beings of intrinsic bliss, joy, love, compassion and motivation, but we become clouded by trauma, conditioning and limiting beliefs.
Through Inner Diamond, each person is given space and support to bring the unconscious to the surface, polish the inner diamond and reconnect to the soul.
