What is the difference between transformative coaching and psychotherapy?

Transformative coaching is a lifestyle intervention. It provides you awareness and structure to make the desired changes necessary to live a more fulfilling life aligned with your goals and values. Psychiatric therapy supports patients with severe emotional or mental symptoms, which require a specialized form of support.


Wait, I thought yoga is just stretching?

That’s a common generalization. While some yoga practices are very movement based (Asana), yogic philosophy is a way of BE-ing. We can use awareness and self reflection to shape ourselves and the world around us.


How do the 1:1 coaching calls work?

We schedule 45 minute video meetings via Zoom or Google Meet!


Is it possible for us to communicate between calls?

Yes! You can always send me an email if you have questions.


Do you offer free trial sessions for 1:1 coaching?

I offer a free consultation with a short trial session. If you want to get a deeper sense of things before committing to a full 1:1 package, I’d love to have you drop in one of the free group sessions.


What are your free group sessions?

My group sessions are online and in person in Moab. They are sessions where people interested in self transformation can go to find community, access coaching strategies and get to know me better as well!


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! All payment plans are automatic and have a 3% increase.


What if I don't know what I want help with?

This is what the consultation is for! We meet to get clear on your goals first, and take steps from there.


Do you offer in-between session exercises?

Absolutely! I believe the most profound transformations happen between our meetings, and research agrees. People achieve rapidly greater change when working on exercises between sessions!


Do you do 1:1 sessions in person?

My 1:1 sessions are online, but I offer some group sessions in person.


How often are sessions scheduled?

How often we meet is based on your needs and goals. I encourage weekly or bi-weekly sessions, but we will customize a schedule together!
